You can use this site and download the playbook. Both are provided as they are, for information.

Nothing here is a contract for services. Work is done under a separate signed agreement.

No guarantee of results

The playbook describes how we do this work. It is not a promise that you will get any particular result from it, or any result at all. What happens depends on your market, your offer, your list, and how you run it.

What belongs to us

The text, the playbook, the layout, and the name Broadway Outbound belong to Beseder LLC.

You can read the playbook, keep it, and use the method in your own business. You cannot resell it, republish it, or pass it off as your own.

Limitation of liability

Beseder LLC is not liable for any loss that comes from using this site or the playbook, including lost business, lost revenue, or lost data.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to $100.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute is heard in the state or federal courts in Travis County, Texas.

Changes

If these terms change, the effective date at the top changes with them.
