I book sales meetings for commercial and industrial service companies.

MSPs · restoration · commercial HVAC · roofing · commercial cleaning · industrial suppliers

One thousand a month. I build the sending setup on domains you own, run it, and book the meetings onto your calendar. You keep the domains, the mailboxes and the list.

I find companies that are hiring for sales roles, opening a location, or staffing up for a contract they just took on. I email them on your behalf, from sending domains built for the job so your real company mail is never at risk. The ones who want to talk get booked straight onto your calendar.

No pitch deck. Fifteen minutes.

What happens on the call

You tell me what one contract is worth to you and roughly what share of your bids you win. I do the math out loud, on the call, so you see the same numbers I do. If it doesn't work at your numbers, I'll say so and we'll be done in ten minutes.

What a month of meetings is worth

Put your own numbers in. The result updates as you type.

6 meetings × 30% won × $25,000 = $45,000 a month

These are the meetings I book.

Two ways to pay

Option A. Pay monthly

$1,000 a month. Three months to start, then month to month.

Three months to start because the first three to four weeks are warmup, when nothing can send. I buy the domains, build the mailboxes, write the emails, send them, handle the replies and book the meetings onto your calendar. You own the domains, the mailboxes and the list.

Option B. Pay the three months up front

$2,700 instead of $3,000. That saves you $300.

Same work, same terms. You pay once instead of three times.

Bring one number with you. What a signed contract is worth to you.

If you'd rather run it yourself

The whole method is written down. Thirteen pages, and page one is a checklist you can work straight off.

  • The three DNS records that decide whether your mail gets delivered, explained without the acronyms
  • Why you buy separate sending domains and never send from your company domain
  • The 21-day warmup schedule, day by day
  • Where to find companies hiring for sales roles right now, and the four places I look
  • The exact three-email sequence, written out, including the one that gets the most replies
  • The daily send limit per mailbox and what happens above it
  • The four numbers worth watching and the two everybody watches that mean nothing

This is the whole thing. Every step is in there and it works. It also takes 6 to 8 hours to set up, then three to four weeks of waiting where nothing happens, then 5 to 8 hours a week for as long as you want meetings coming in.
